Guys, In today's world, Humans are very unsatisfied with the life. The reasons can be many more, so before jumping to reasons of stress and unsatisfied with life, we have to know what is stress and lack of dissatisfaction.

Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action. 

Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The way you respond to stress, however, makes a big difference to your overall well-being.

What is dissatisfaction?Its Definition and Meaning

It is a very human feeling that can be contextualised in very specific areas: in the work , a person can feel this way when he has a precarious work , in a stage of long-term unemployment, before a job that does not connect with professional vocation, to be stuck at work.The dissatisfaction shows a level of personal disenchantment produced for the frustration that he has not fulfilled a certain desire .

One of the great victims of dissatisfaction is the personal relationships of the sufferer.His character changes, this bitter , does not celebrate the successes of others, and before his constant complaint , others get tired, distance themselves, and the dissatisfied stays and feel lonely, and different from others.Work aspects are also affected; some are constantly changing jobs, studies, etc., looking for an option that satisfies them but, unfortunately, they cannot find it.

This behavior can also be reproduced in other areas of your life , as is the case of romantic relationships, because they often do not find a person who meets the requirements demanded by them and, if their partner does not leave them before, it is they who break the relationship, or maintain it with a poor quality.

From a positive point of view, the feeling of dissatisfaction offers valuable information about the need for a change in a given area, so the person who takes Awareness of how you feel can value doing something about it.

The most frequent cause of chronic dissatisfaction is mood problems, such as depressive disorder; but there may be a chronic dissatisfaction without the presence of depression in those cases in which the person does not feel fulfilled, or considers that what happens in his life does not pursue any specific objective, either because he does not succeed in establishing it, or because other people or circumstances prevent you from getting it.In the first case, dissatisfaction is high levels of frustration , sadness and apathy , while in the second case, it is the Who will take dissatisfaction by the hand to do the most complicated " task " to those who suffer from it.

Finally, there are people for whom dissatisfaction is not always present, but that appears shortly time after having achieved its objective.This fact , which might seem contradictory, usually occurs in people who have a pronounced feature of search for sensations and that, therefore, rap they are 'tired' of their achievements, and lose interest in them.

It also happens in those cases in which the goals have been too easy to achieve, so Once reached, they lose interest.
